Very often, walls in the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, we linen with ceramic tiles. In these rooms, always the most increased humidity. Therefore, wall covering with ceramic tiles is an ideal option for them. Tile is suitable for any interior. Over time, the tile can crack, exfoliate, and in order not to remove the entire coating and lay the new one, you can repair these walls. How to quickly and efficiently carry out this repair? Let’s try to describe the stages of its implementation. And to find out about the design of the pools from us.1. Checking walls for the strength of existing tiles. Walls, using a wooden hammer (kiyanka), we carefully and gently tap. If the sound is uniform, then the tile is whole, and does not exfoliate. In the places where the rattle of sound appeared — the tile must be removed.2. Removing tiles. Remove the tile with a special spatula — kelma. Gently insert it between the tiles and the mortar layer. A whole tile, it may still be needed, so we do not throw it away. If the tile cracked, then it is better to remove it in parts. If it is necessary to remove the old solution from the wall, we do it clearly in the boundaries of the tiles that stood there.3. Preparation of the wall. The places where the tile was removed, we carefully clean. The surface of the walls should be dry and clean. The main works, on the preparation of walls for repair, were carried out. Now it remains to inspect the removed tile, wash and clean, the one that we will glue in the same place. Pick up and buy the missing tile in the store. It is desirable that the new tiles fit the texture and color of the old. To do this, you need to grab the old tile to the store. After that, stick tiles on the wall, using adhesive compositions, based on dry mixtures. Apply this composition to the tile with a spatula, and attach it to the place where it does not reach it. You can use home -made adhesive compounds. This is not the only way to carry out wall repair, but we will talk about this, a little later.
