A more modern version of cold glazing is the use of aluminum frames. They are sliding structures that can be mounted so that the area of the balcony will be significantly increased. However, again, this type of glazing does not save much from the cold and requires the use of additional heaters and seals. As for the material, aluminum is less whimsical than, for example, a tree, but is inferior to the latter in the indicators of thermal insulation due to the fact that, cooling, it itself helps to reduce the temperature in the room.
