However, the KROST concern — a large metropolitan developer — completed the Khrushchevok era, offering modern citizens a qualitatively new format of small apartments. Departing from the standards that have dominated the Russian real estate market for decades, the concern went through the implementation of interesting, to some extent, even dendory projects of apartments in its own status residential complexes.
